Integrify is a high-growth tech company with a social mission at heart. Founded in 2016,  Integrify has helped over 1500+ professionals across Finland and Europe and helped them launch their careers in tech.

My work spans across the entire marketing spectrum. In my role, I've played a big part in building the company's brand and developing the marketing strategy. Over time, I’ve been trusted with increasing responsibility, reflected in my rapid growth and progression within the company.

Display ads designed using Figma (prototype)

This campaign targeted IT students nearing graduation at universities across Finland. I handled the planning and execution of display ads at these universities. The campaign ran successfully for three weeks and brought in 150+ new applications to our program.

Social media strategy

Content marketing

In my role, I've created and managed the company's yearly content marketing plan for both B2C and B2B audiences.

I’ve planned and optimized content around different audience segments, tailoring messages to their needs and interests. Always data-focused, I’ve been able to identify the best-performing channels and content types, ensuring our efforts focus on what works best for our target audience.

Paid media

From ideating a concept to campaign analysis, I have been part of every stage of marketing campaigns. Including:

  • Conducted market research
  • Designed creative assets and compelling copy
  • Executed A/B tests to refine campaign elements
  • Monitored and analyzed campaign performance

Key achievements

  • Increased engagement on Integrify’s primary social media channel by 11% in just two months
  • Increased our primary social media channel's following from 3,000 to 6,000 in just 1.5 years
  • Achieved a 35% increase in ROAS for Google ads in Q3 2024
  • Successfully launched an educational YouTube channel, gaining 1K subscribers in 2.5 months

    Collaboration and marketing strategy

    Collaboration

    Collaboration is at the heart of my role. In a small yet ambitious team, communication and cooperation with other departments have been essential in my daily work.

    Working closely with the sales team, I've aligned our marketing goals with sales objectives. I've worked with identifying areas of improvement and refined our strategies for lead generation. I've helped sales with defining our ICPs and value propositions, ensuring that both marketing and sales are targeting and communicating effectively with the right audiences.

    I’ve been responsible for planning our marketing budget and objectives, making sure our resources are allocated strategically to support both short-term goals and long-term growth initiatives. This has involved analyzing past performance, forecasting future needs and improvement areas, and setting clear, measurable goals.

    Designed using Figma and InDesign

    Integrify needed a brochure to showcase its offerings at a trade fair. I took charge of planning, designing, and bringing the brochure to life.





    Stella works confidently in this field, always keeping up with the trends and creative ideas. She has an eye for design aligned with the brand identity, but also shows great skill in marketing strategy, demand generation and analytics.
